TERMS OF CONTRACT SEWING SERVICES
Services: sample and pattern
development, table and die cutting, hot stamping, assembly, 100% inspection,
packaging.
Materials Processed: woven and non-woven
fabrics, leather, vinyl
Sample Development: includes a
final sample and construction, patterns and bill of material.
Sample Development Fees: non-refundable
$100.00 per hour
Production Cost: production
quotes are based on final samples, not on drawings or unfinished samples,
quantity per model and color, packaging and order frequency.
Quantity is understood each per model and
color. For example, 500 pieces are quoted per model and color, not as a
combination of various styles and colors.
Packaging is quoted in bulk unless specific
packaging is required (poly bags, hang tags, folding, etc.).
No minimum quantities are required. Prices
are quoted on quantity break down, lower the quantity, higher the price of
production.
Raw Material: all raw materials and
specialty supplies are provided by customer with exceptions considered on
individual basis.
Dreambags doesn’t source material but can
recommend vendors. Materials are reviewed for suitability prior to sample development
or production.
Vendors can ship material directly to
Dreambags. Computerized and physical inventory control is set up for each
customer.
Payment Terms: for sample
development and production 50% deposit, 50% prior the shipment with exceptions
considered on individual basis. Prices for sample development are finalized
upon each approved sample. Deposits for sample development are estimated.
NDA: with exceptions
of government contracts, new technological processes, specific equipment cases
for new products under patents and similar projects considered on individual
basis, NDAs are not signed for general designs. Dreambags supports its contract
customers and their success. Patent and copyright procedures are recommended in
place of NDAs.
